All diagnostic services, including MRI, CT Scan, X-ray, ultrasound, laboratory tests, and other investigations, are provided strictly on the basis of medical referrals, clinical requirements, and standard diagnostic protocols. Patients are responsible for providing accurate personal, medical, and contact information at the time of registration or appointment booking.
Appointments may be booked online, over the phone, or in person and are subject to availability. National MRI, CT Scan and Diagnostic Centre reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to technical issues, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. Patients are advised to arrive on time and follow all pre-test instructions provided by the centre to ensure accurate results.
Payments for diagnostic services must be made in full as per the applicable charges at the time of service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy and are considered only under specific circumstances.
Diagnostic reports are prepared by qualified professionals using accepted medical standards and are provided within the estimated turnaround time. However, report timelines may vary depending on test complexity, workload, or technical factors. Reports are intended solely for medical consultation and should be interpreted by a registered medical practitioner. The centre is not responsible for clinical decisions made based on diagnostic reports.
Patient confidentiality is strictly maintained in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards. Personal and medical data are collected and handled as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content, reports, or materials is strictly prohibited.
National MRI, CT Scan and Diagnostic Centre shall not be held liable for delays, inaccuracies, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, power disruptions, or force majeure events.
