This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered for diagnostic services availed at our centre.
Payments made for diagnostic tests, imaging procedures, consultations, or related services are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated, scheduled, or completed. This is due to the nature of diagnostic services, which involve operational costs such as equipment usage, consumables, technician time, and report preparation.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including duplicate payments, incorrect billing, or cancellation of a test by the centre due to technical issues, equipment malfunction, or unavailability of services. In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed after verification and approval by the management.
If a patient cancels or reschedules an appointment prior to the test, refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the request and the type of diagnostic service booked. Certain tests may require advance preparation or resources and may not be eligible for refunds once scheduled. Patients are encouraged to inform the centre as early as possible in case of cancellation.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing along with valid payment receipts and relevant details. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that dissatisfaction with test results, medical interpretations, or clinical outcomes does not qualify for a refund, as diagnostic reports are generated based on clinical findings and standard medical protocols.
